At BotBleu, our commitment is to develop high-quality software solutions tailored to your business needs, fostering your organizational growth. We understand you have many choices and sincerely appreciate your trust in us. To demonstrate our dedication, we have established a comprehensive policy outlining our course of action should we fail to meet your expectations.

Monthly Subscriptions

If you are dissatisfied within the first 30 days of purchasing a paid plan (excluding the WhatsApp Chatbot plan), you can request a refund. We will provide a refund adjusted for the cost of the plan used up to that point (subject to adjustment for payment gateway charges). Please note that expenses related to Add-ons, as well as any costs associated with new custom integrations or bespoke development, are not eligible for a refund.

Annual Subscriptions

When you commit to an annual subscription, we offer a significant discount over the already-low monthly rate. If you experience dissatisfaction within the first 30 days of using our service, we encourage you to contact us promptly. We will strive to address your concerns, offer suitable workarounds, or present a timeline for a resolution that meets your needs. If satisfaction remains elusive, we will retain an amount equivalent to one month’s subscription (calculated based on the actual monthly rate) and refund the remaining balance. Please note that expenses related to Add-ons, as well as any costs associated with new custom integrations or bespoke development, are not eligible for a refund.

For concerns raised beyond the initial 30-day period from the date of subscription payment, while service cancellation remains an option, no refunds will be issued.
